Chris is quite the character. If you ask him, he will tell you he is the sweetest person to walk planet earth. If you ask us? He has a very sarcastic personality and loves to joke around with people. Chris has been apart of the Anderson-Weber team for over 20 years now. One of his favorite things about his job at Anderson-Weber is the family-oriented aspect of the dealership. He is a natural leader and is dedicated to getting the job done right. With a background of service in the US Army, Chris is a disciplined and respectable individual that takes pride in his patriotic roots. In his free-time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 dogs. As well as vacationing about anywhere, as long as there's warm weather and a drink in his hand. Chris loves driving his Toyota 4Runner!
Like many employees, Mike has worked here for over two decades clocking in at 23 years! As Finance Manager, Mike enjoys making personal connections with his customers. Dealing with the financial side of the car sale, he is a key player in helping customers drive off the lot in a new vehicle. It is extremely rewarding for him to help these people make their dream a reality. Mike loves the people who works with making each day an enjoyable one. Outside of work, Mike is always on the go. Whether he's going out on the golf course or juggling his kids extracurricular activities, he does it with ease. Family is of utmost importance to him, which is one of the main reason he loves working at Anderson-Weber. Mike is currently driving a Toyota Highlander.
Payton loves working one-on-one with people and goes the extra mile to become familiar with his customers needs. He is roughly two and a half years into car sales so he takes a fresh perspective on how he approaches his work and is knowledgeable on new car technology and features. In his free time, he enjoys staying busy hanging out with friends, chilling with his dog Thor, and watching sports (especially the Hawkeyes). Payton's favorite thing about his job is the excitement of finding the perfect vehicle for his customers. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big step, but it is rewarding to see a customer get exactly what they are looking for. Like other employees, Payton drives a 4Runner!
Chris is a long-time employee of 37 years in the sales department, and he shows no sign of slowing down. Chris takes great pride in the relationships that have formed and connections that have been made through his job. If you take a look at his customers, some have been purchasing vehicles from him since he first started out. He would of course not be able to manage all of his customers without the help of Amber Schmitt. Hitting many accomplishments over the years, his most recent was the sale of his 10,000th vehicle! When he isn't at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Chris also drives a Toyota Tundra!
Jason is a long-time employee of Anderson-Weber clocking in at 21 years. He has formed many close friendships and relationships with his coworkers, he even gets to work with his son, Nolan Farrey! Jason loves selling a product as reliable as Toyota. The connection made with the customer is one of the most important parts of the sale. So selling a product you can count on reinforces that connection. Jason is dedicated to making this connections last a lifetime. This is why he has so many returning customers year after year. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family, driving his UTV, and getting into shenanigans on the weekends. Jason has a families worth of Toyota vehicles, but he currently is driving a Lexus!
Nick started his career in sales with Anderson-Weber Toyota in 2019. He believes that he is fortunate to sell a quality product like Toyota. As a Dubuque native, he enjoys serving his friends and family, as well as fostering new relationships within the community. Earning the trust of his customers is of upmost importance to him. Nick resides in Lancaster, with his fiancée; Janell, and their 2 dogs; Miley and Louis. In addition to planning their wedding, he enjoys spending time with both their families and friends. Nick has driven a Toyota RAV4, Tacoma, Camry, and now has a Venza!
Kris is a sales person with a big personality. He is kind-hearted and enjoyable to work with, while also communicating on a relatable level with his customers. Not to mention, he does a great job highlighting the benefits of choosing a reliable brand like Toyota. In his free time, Kris enjoys being active at one of his favorite activities like golfing, bowling, and going to the gym. He has been with Anderson-Weber for 3 years and enjoys working for a family-oriented business that takes care of it's employees. Kris also reps the Toyota brand each day by driving his Toyota Prius!
Nolan has been a part of the Anderson-Weber team for 3 years and he couldn't be happier with his job. He actually acquired the job by following in his father Jason's footsteps! Nolan does an outstanding job at communicating with customers and is an expert at the features and technology of the newest Toyota models. In his free-time, Nolan enjoys playing video games, watching horror movies, going hiking, and hanging out with his dog Polly. Nolan is even locally famous in the state of Wisconsin for his 5th place title in the Wisconsin State Geography Bee in middle school. Anderson-Weber has allowed him to build meaningful friendships with coworkers and work closely with his father. Nolan is currently driving his 2nd Corolla!

We purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander from Nolan Ferry. He gave us wonderful service and had a great experience. We are extremely pleased with our car.
This Toyota dealership is top-notch! Every service covered under my Toyota Care for my 2025 RAV4 has been quick with consistent updates and timely communication. I recently had to reschedule a 30K mile service last minute over the phone. They rescheduled it, but when I arrived it did not show up in their system. They easily could have turned me away, but instead they immediately fit my car in for this service. They saved me from wasting an hour of roundtrip travel. I cannot recommend this dealership, and Toyota, enough!
I love the people in the service department! They are so accommodating and respectful. (Except for the female service writer. I thought she was very disrespectful to her coworkers and the servicemen working on the vehicles). Whenever I go in, I never feel pressured to purchase any services that I don’t want, which is a big plus!

I had a very good experience. They made a vehicle similar to what I was currently driving available, they allowed me to drop my vehicle off on a Friday for a Monday repair, which was great for me because I live an hour away. My vehicle was done when they said it would be.

Keith helped us get a vehicle found that ended up fitting the bill better than what we thought we were after. Anderson-Weber seems a little unlike the average dealership experience these days. Everyone is calm and easy to work with and stayed away from "Grant Cardone" style of selling.

I came in in a panic needing to get to Madison in a few hours and they got me in and out in less than 2 hours! They were so kind and helpful and since I know NOTHING about cars, they offered to talk to my dad on speaker to explain everything that happened and what they were going to fix!
